European Union (EU)
As of July 1, 2026, the European Union introduced new customs regulations for imported goods. Nearly all commercial shipments entering the EU are now subject to import VAT and customs-related charges.
For selected EU countries, we are able to collect these charges during checkout. This allows your order to be processed more smoothly and helps avoid additional payments upon delivery.
⠀
Countries where customs charges are collected at checkout
| Country | VAT | Customs & Handling Fee* |
| Denmark | 25% | 3 EUR |
| Germany | 19% | 4,50 EUR |
| Malta | 18% | 5 EUR |
| Romania | 21% | 10 EUR |
| Spain | 21% | 3 EUR |
⠀
Other EU Countries
For all other European Union countries, import VAT, customs duties, customs clearance fees, or postal handling charges may apply according to the regulations of the destination country.
These charges, if applicable, are collected by the destination country’s customs authority or postal operator and are the responsibility of the recipient.
⠀
United States
For orders shipped to the United States, an additional 10% import duty is automatically calculated and added during checkout.
This allows us to collect the required import duty before your order is shipped, helping to simplify customs processing upon arrival.
⠀
Other Countries
We also ship to many other destinations worldwide, including:
Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Turkey, Israel, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, South Africa and many more countries.
For destinations outside the European Union and the United States, import duties, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, or other local taxes may apply depending on your country’s customs regulations.
Unless these charges are collected during checkout, any applicable import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
As customs regulations vary between countries and may change over time, we recommend checking your local customs authority or postal service for the latest information before placing your order.
